Living Walls: An Arts & Culture Lecture with Mónica Campana

Join AIGA Atlanta for an evening lecture and Q & A session with Mónica Campana, co-creator and Executive Director of Living Walls. She also has an impressive resume filled with other public art curation and promotion projects around the world including the local and recent smash-hit Latin night party, La Choloteca.

As a Peruvian-born immigrant to Atlanta, Monica will share her own story and the new vision for this amazing arts organization as they grow and re-brand. Beyond simply painting murals, Living Walls seeks to promote, educate and change perspectives about public spaces in Atlanta via street art while supporting social equality, immigrants’ and LGBTQ rights, cultural diversity and feminism.

Weather permitting, the lecture will be held outdoors on the roof at Eyedrum with a cash bar inside. It is sure to be an inspirational night for any designer, artist, creative, and maker!
