What is xCHANGE?
This traveling event series visits a different major metropolitan area every few weeks, connecting like-minded creative leaders to one another and the best management resources available. Each event brings together local design executives and creative leaders to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
xCHANGE is a production of The Fulcrum Agency, advisors for creative leaders. From Seattle to New York City, we’re providing a gathering place for design thinkers and communication champions.
These events are exlusively for creative leaders, managers, and directors of agencies or corporate communications teams.
What is the format?
Peer-to-peer discussions are at the core of this event, where everyone will be broken into groups of 4-6 people to discuss our shared challenges and the main discussion topic of “the power of design” – typically this topic is discussed as to how it relates to organization growth, brand stretch, and business planning.
What else can you expect?
A refreshing networking event, and part professional development event. There will be micro presentations from industry leaders regarding how the power of design can be leveraged at a higher level. One of these short presentations is from Adobe, highlighting some insights from their “2015 Digital Trends Report”. Another presentation is from Jeni Herberger at the end of the program, poising the room with “perspectives moving forward”.
