Want to learn how to make your own font—using professional design software?
Join Tiffany Prater for a live, online workshop on type design using Glyphs Mini (Mac only). This Zoom-based session is perfect for beginners who want a guided, software-focused introduction to digital font creation.
You’ll learn how to use Glyphs Mini to draw letterforms, generate a working font file, and preview it in Adobe InDesign. The workshop is entirely hands-on, with step-by-step demonstrations and time to follow along.
By the end, you’ll have a solid understanding of how digital fonts are made—and maybe even a new creative obsession.
Tiffany Prater teaches graphic design and type design at the University of North Georgia and is passionate about helping students bring their ideas to life through type and technology.
