Join the Atlanta Creative Community on Saturday, Nov. 18th for one BIG NIGHT at the Center for Civil and Human Rights. It is Atlanta’s premiere museum that connects the American Civil Rights Movement to today’s Global Human Rights Initiatives. Rub elbows with Atlanta’s design legends, peruse the exhibits, explore the fundamental rights of all human beings, and leave empowered to amplify the collective power of the design community.

We will celebrate our AIGA Fellows and introduce our new 2017 AIGA Atlanta Fellow, David Laufer. The AIGA Fellow Award Program recognizes designers who have made a significant contribution to raising the standards of excellence within their local design community and an AIGA chapter. David is a founding member of the AIGA Atlanta Chapter, Past President, Creative Connector, Serial Luncher, and all-around Design Superstar. We are honored to recognize him this year for his contributions.

We are here to make a difference and want you to be a part of it. World-renowned artist Luba Lukova’s “I Have a Dream” Poster will be available in our BIG NIGHT 2017 silent auction, with all proceeds going toward the AIGA Atlanta Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will benefit minority and economically disadvantaged students who are studying art and design disciplines in colleges and universities in the Atlanta metro area. Our primary goals are to increase diversity in creative professions and to foster social and environmental responsibility in the artists, designers, and studios of tomorrow.

We can’t wait to see you dressed to the nines, remember Big Night is cocktail attire! Limited tickets available and selling quickly. Each ticket includes two drink vouchers, food, and admission to the museum's exhibit.

Parking Instructions
Parking is available in the Coca-Cola deck. Please take a ticket upon entering the deck. All guests will receive a validated parking voucher at the end of the event courtesy of Big Night's official parking sponsor, The Creative Circus. To redeem the parking voucher at the Coca Cola deck, you'll simply need to follow the instructions on the parking kiosk located at the parking deck exit.

If the Coca-Cola deck is full, feel free to park at the Aquarium deck. Please take a ticket upon entering the deck. To redeem the parking voucher at the Aquarium deck, you'll need to present your parking voucher to a parking attendee located at the parking deck exit.

If you are taking Uber or Lyft, you might be dropped off at the back entrance off Ivan Allen. You will need to walk around the building to the main entrance.

ALL ATTENDEES must enter the event through the main entrance.
