Is there a submission fee?
Nope! Your time and talent is payment enough! Plus you’ll get free entry to the Poster Show party along with submitting a poster design!
Can my submission be created in another medium?
You can use ANY medium to create your poster, but we’ll ultimately need a digital file at the correct size so we can print it.
Can I submit more than one design?
Absolutely, but we may not be able to exhibit more than one design.
What about copyright restrictions?
Due to copyright laws, we encourage you to completely reimagine any artwork. You must not use any photography, illustration, logos, video stills or fonts that you do not have the rights to. AIGA Atlanta reserves the right to disqualify any piece we feel infringes on any copyright.
How will the posters be printed?
The chosen submissions will be printed digitally by our amazing sponsor, Standard Press on fantastic sustainable paper from Sustana Papers! We’ll display the posters in their full award-winning glory at both 18” x 24” and a smaller portable size.
How will I know if my poster is chosen for the show?
All artists whose posters are chosen will be notified by mid-August.
How will the posters be sold?
By submitting artwork for this event, you are giving AIGA Atlanta permission to print digital copies of your submission. Up to 20 copies of your artwork (at two sizes) will be available for sale at the show and in the future to raise funds for AIGA Atlanta.
